Etta Madete brings over 10 years of experience in Architecture and Real Estate to Zima Homes, specializing in housing development, architecture, real estate and development finance. As the Founding Director and Board Chair, Etta is responsible for portfolio growth, partnerships, impact measurement and company governance. Etta is passionate about the scalable delivery of Sustainable, Affordable, & Gender-Inclusive Housing in Emerging Markets.

Peninah Gichugu
Zima Homes Sales Consultant

Peninah Gichugu is a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and administration. She is passionate about affordable housing and real estate investment opportunities. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Sales, Investors, and Property Management at Zima Homes since October 2022, Peninah has consistently delivered outstanding results.

Amos Mthembo
Board Member -Reall Representative

Amos is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and the Lead for Commercial Build at Reall, a Coventry-based social enterprise financing climate-smart, affordable housing projects across Africa and Asia. With extensive experience in project portfolio development, investment approvals, and independent monitoring for global design and consultancy firms, he brings over a decade of expertise to his role.

Brandy Achar brings over 8 years of experience in people operations and compliance to Zima Homes. As the Operations and Compliance Manager, Brandy specializes in ensuring the organization’s projects and personnel adhere to labor and government regulations while maintaining smooth operational processes. Passionate about people, Brandy is committed to advancing Zima Homes’ mission of transforming urban communities.
