The first Block is now ready for occupancy! This is another important step in our mission to provide quality homes for families and investors, designed with sustainability and community at heart.

• Key Handover and Block C Ready for Occupancy:
  Block C homes are now ready for residents! All necessary infrastructure is in place, including reliable security, electricity, Wi-Fi, and amenities such as a courtyard, play area, laundry, and parking.
• Block A Progress:
  Progress on Block A is moving swiftly, with the roof timber trusses now in place and roof cover installation underway. With the roof timber and mezzanine masonry walling completed, Block A has officially topped out. Our focus now shifts to internal works as we continue advancing this project.
• Portfolio and Partnership Growth:
  At Zima Homes, we are focused on portfolio growth, fundraising, and structuring new projects. We continue to partner with like-minded organizations to deliver innovative, affordable, and climate-smart homes that drive sustainable community development and empowerment.
